Free clinic for low-income residents the third Sunday of every month from 10 a.m. Placer County SPCA held the last Thursday of every month from 6 to 7 p.m. Reagor Pet Hospital held every Wednesday (does not include exam fee) Sacramento County Animal Care & Regulation held the third Thursday of every month from 5 to 7 p.m. Sacramento SPCA. Info: MS SPAN (Mississippi Spay And Neuter) is the first significant collaboration of non-profit animal welfare organizations from across the state of Mississippi. In MS, 109,000 homeless pets enter shelters each year73,000 are put to sleep, and thousands more suffer in our streets.
If you cannot find a resource near you, your local animal shelter or rescue organization is a good place to find information about low-cost spay and neuter programs in your area. Pet stores and farmers co-ops are also good places of information.
